Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process & Payment Full Payment Required: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment. No reservations will be held without payment. Accepted Payment Methods: Online payment - Credit or Debit Card Confirmation: Once payment is received, Kaia will confirm the booking via email with details. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to limited availability and preparation time, all payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling Option (Limited): Clients may request one reschedule at least 72 hours before the original session. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours will incur a $25–$50 fee (depending on service). No rescheduling permitted for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours). 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time - no extensions will be given. No-Shows: If a client does not attend without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option. 4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights All artwork, content, and materials created by Kaia Sinclair remain her exclusive intellectual property unless a separate commercial agreement is signed. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or use commissioned work for profit without written permission. 5. Force Majeure If Kaia must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), clients will receive: A full refund, OR Priority rescheduling at the earliest availability. 6. Agreement By completing payment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
